How to write the number 1 in print

In print handwriting, the number 1 is written in one stroke. Start on the red dot and keep going without lifting your pencil.

The letter shape comes from the Playwrite font; numbers show where each stroke starts.

  1. Stroke 1: start halfway up, on the left and go round clockwise.
